Counselor's Corner
The Washington School counseling philosophy incorporates the process of guiding our students toward the goal of developing academic and social skills. It is the goal of the counselor to aide the students in meeting their intellectual and social challenges throughout the various stages of development through the junior high school, high school, and college counseling services. College counseling helps students choose a career path, navigate the college admissions process, and assist with acquiring scholarships and financial aid.
The Counselor’s Office also serves as a liaison between teachers and parents. If you wish to schedule a parent-teacher conference with any of your child’s teachers, please feel free to contact the Counselor’s office at 662-335-3239.
