Clubs
Academic, service, athletic, dramatic—you name it, clubs of every type exist at Washington School and are run by students with faculty or staff sponsors.

There are three major honorary societies for the purpose of recognizing outstanding achievements by qualified students: the Beta Club (Junior Beta Club), Mu Alpha Theta and the International Thespian Society.

Special interest clubs include language clubs, science clubs, “W” Club, Fellowship of Christian Students, envirothon, scholars' bowl, art club, chess club, Mock Trial, drama club, Mississippi Youth Government Affairs, Key Club, the Washington Caucus, Students Against Destructive Decisions and peer counselors.
