Fifth Grade students read Shiloh during the
summer and presented creative reports on the book during
the first weeks of school.
Fifth Graders have many responsibilities at school,
including upkeep of the courtyard and plants at the front
entrance of the school. To facilitate their tasks, they
helped design and build a system to
collect rainwater in barrels.
Learning good citizenship is
part of every child's education at
Washington School. Fifth graders are responsible for
properly raising and lowering the flags each day.
The Fifth Grade Safety Patrol ensures an orderly drop-off
and pick-up during carpool times each day.
